Rajbir started her career with Tim Hortons as a Team Member in September of 2014 and worked her way up to a Shift Supervisor and then to a Restaurant Manager due to her hard work, commitment and dedication.
Rajbir has shown her ability as a Leader and Coach, her willingness to adapt, align, adjust, operate and function within the scope of Pioneer Food Services Limited Performance Driven Culture. Rajbir has also shown her ability to act as an owner in the business by taking initiative and possessing strong problem solving and people skills.
I am excited to see her grow into her new role as a General Manager.
