CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Following federal and provincial health guidelines, we have instituted the following practices at our head office to help minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread:

  1. Established daily cleaning and disinfection of all hotspots.
  2. Limited the number of staff to <5 at a time to better facilitate physical distancing.
  3. Posted handwashing instructions at all sinks. Soap, water, and single use hand towel provided.
  4. Created a designated drop off/pick-up area. Cancelled all non-business-related deliveries.
  5. Provided hand sanitizer for each workstation, as well as in the lobby and entrance way.
  6. Disallowed all unauthorized visits, with the exclusion of provincial and municipal inspectors or officers.
  7. Instructed all employees exhibiting symptoms of acute respiratory illness to advise their supervisor before attending the office, and work from home if possible, for a 14-day isolation period.

We take our responsibility to guests and our restaurant teams very seriously, as such we have instituted the following practices to help minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread:

  1. Paused the acceptance of reusable cups, while continuing to honour the reusable cup discount where applicable.
  2. Implemented strict cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting procedures in both front of house and back and house.
  3. Where necessary, established distance markers to ensure physical distancing when queuing.
  4. Where applicable, closed all restaurant dining areas, restricting dining room access to takeout only.
  5. Continue to monitor and adapt our practices and procedures in accordance to Public Health recommendations.
